Riding The Llucmajor Ring
4.4 km round the outside of the town the old carretera was built to reach. It leaves the north gate where the Ma-19A arrives, swings round the edge of Llucmajor and finishes at the Ronda de Migjorn portal onto the Ma-19 — the autovia that took this corridor’s traffic away. Eleven named grain-ring windmills stand within two hundred metres of the line, the towers left over from the town’s milling century, and the corridor’s one coffee stop is on this arc.
This point-to-point line covers 4.4 km, from the north gate toward the mill skyline toward the Ronda de Migjorn.
This is coastal Mallorca rather than a generic blue horizon: the road’s relationship with coves, cliffs, ports, stone retaining walls, and open water is what defines it.
Captured in muntro Relief, gradient, and how to pace it
The profile is restrained by Mallorca standards: 10 m separates its lowest and highest points. The interest comes from rhythm, surface changes, exposed straights, and the way the road moves through the landscape rather than one headline climb.
Use the opening kilometres to find cadence and keep the power smooth. The route is ideal for endurance work, recovery riding, or simply exploring the island without a large climbing bill.
Points to watch for
The best Mallorca routes are remembered as a sequence of places, not as a GPX line. These are the changes of scene that organise this ride.

Why this road works indoors
muntro does not flatten the Llucmajor Ring into a workout backdrop. The route’s bends, height, and junction order come from the road itself, while a compatible trainer reproduces the changing gradient under your pedals.
The point-to-point format gives the session a destination. There is no need to invent a finish when the real road already has one.
