Riding The Port d’Andratx Moll
Four kilometres that close on themselves, and the only ride in this world that does it here. The carretera del Port runs the harbour side of the bay with the moorings on the right the whole way; the Ma-1 brings it back a contour higher, so the two halves of the loop look at each other across the water. Every metre of it has been built, carved and standing in the graph since the network-8 fill, and until now nothing offered it — four kilometres of finished road with no ride on it, in the middle of one of the island’s busiest harbours.
This is a true 4.1 km circuit: the road closes naturally rather than using an artificial turnaround.
This is coastal Mallorca rather than a generic blue horizon: the road’s relationship with coves, cliffs, ports, stone retaining walls, and open water is what defines it.
Captured in muntro Relief, gradient, and how to pace it
The profile is restrained by Mallorca standards: 39 m separates its lowest and highest points. The interest comes from rhythm, surface changes, exposed straights, and the way the road moves through the landscape rather than one headline climb.
Use the opening kilometres to find cadence and keep the power smooth. The route is ideal for endurance work, recovery riding, or simply exploring the island without a large climbing bill.
Points to watch for
The best Mallorca routes are remembered as a sequence of places, not as a GPX line. These are the changes of scene that organise this ride.

At 53 m high point, the elevation trace reaches its ceiling before the road releases the height it has earned.
Why this road works indoors
muntro does not flatten the Port d’Andratx Moll into a workout backdrop. The route’s bends, height, and junction order come from the road itself, while a compatible trainer reproduces the changing gradient under your pedals.
Because the course closes naturally, it works especially well for repeated laps, steady endurance rides, and comparing the same decisions under fatigue.
